 Simbaly Magik, headed by Kimberly and Mamoudou Thiam, is a stellar cleaning service.  My husband and I have used their services for our Air B&B property in Vermont.  They are honest and dependable.  Their communication is fast and thorough.  We could not be more pleased with their consistent delivery of spotless cleaning.  They also serve as our property managers.  They take appropriate responsibility for projects and don’t drop the ball once they take on a project. They are professional, responsible, and attentive to detail.  No job is too small for them, and they are careful to save us money when they can.  For example, they found a grill that they delivered at no cost.  They put a picture in our living room that beautifies the decor.  They created a guest book that included a quote from a Civil War poem that fits the character of our property.  They are easy to communicate with and professional.
